Seat-quence

Eyeball, pretend to nail measurements, cut, grind, weld, bend

Eyeball more, trace, cut patterns and sew

Stretch, rivet, place and hope it worked!

impressive!...i've been wanting to do something similar, don't yet have the guts to go for it just yet...but i was wondering how you fastened it down...i see the hinge on the front, is that it? or is there something on the back too?...again, looks incredible

The hinge up fron is all thats connecting it, it peels up and outta the way to access underneath. it wraps the fender and sits on the frame so well that it really doesn't need much else. We'll see though.
