DB Frame No Mo!

Im making it official today, after some press I read. It seems that DB is going to go super duper "big money" status. So this has helped me pull the trigger on stripping down The Patriot, I have toyed with the idea lately, but now its done and final.

Interested in buyin' the frame hit me up on the comments, Yo!

But I thought "selling out" was the new "keeping it real?"

I could care less that they are doing the show. Good for them... make some money! I just don't want to have that "TV bike" ya feel me.

+1 here TRJJ. This has been a haunting decision since I heard the news. It sucks because I dig the aggressive style of the frame....when still somewhat original. Now televised more than BBO, its going to be labeled and stale. I have been searching for a new frame myself....Thinking about a Zero....http://www.zero-eng.com/Bkits_SS.php

If you can hold off, use the the show as a selling point to sell the frame or entire bike!!!

I really like the frame also, it was a fun jam for sure!!

I actually might get back to a stock sporto frame and try modifying the swing arm, doing something crazy with it. Well see!

That frame your checking out is sick man!! Great look, quality too!

Patriot and Mutiny Machine both have sick lines with the DB frame, but I anxiously await the outcome of both y'alls rigs.

Hate to bust your bubble but drop seat shit has been around forever. I was buildin wildwestmc.com frames in the mid-late 90's. Bourget's been doin it since the 80's. They are nothin new and as trendy as punk rock. Funny how every new genreation thinks they invented a new wheel, the wheel has been rollin for years. As far as DB goes good for them they gotta keep the shop open to feed thier families. This whole chopper thing has gotten way outta hand. TV fucked it up. The guys who do this everyday, keep guys on the road were here before the TV fame thing happened and turned it all mainstream. The fall out is happnin' now and well see who is left. Chances are it's the guys who were there before. Ive been here for 15 years and I'll see you in another 15 doin the same shit. Buildin and fix motorcycles.......

Sean, soundin' a little biter over there kiddo! All good, I never thought I had something "new" only had what 1 other dude had in SLC. No plans to invent the wheel either, I just chop crap up and ride it till it breaks then do it again. Not tryin' to make a living selling bars Ive been making for 10 years that everyone now builds, or fix anyone elses bike for that matter, nor weld frames that have been around since forever. Im a hacker and don't know crap, but I have a hella good time riding, trying to jump this pile, burnouts and surfing down the road. No Wah Wah Wah's on this end, I just want a different bike, thats all.

TRJJ,
Not bitter, just pointing out that it's all been done before. So if you like your ride keep it. + I'm only good at 3 things, ridin', fixin' & hatin'

Oh yeh,
You should keep it and do a Big Twin. Or better yet get a super ugly FXR and you'll never look back :) cause everything else sux
